As a courtesy to all our patients, we will gladly assist you in verifying your dental benefits prior to your visit. Please email us a copy of your dental benefits card along with the primary account holder’s name and date of birth and we will have the information ready upon your first visit.
Radiographs and Scans
At Avenue Dental, we are equipped with the latest state-of-the-art equipment to provide minimal radiation through digital imaging to take initial records. Our scanner will take a virtual 3-dimensional image of what your teeth look like.
